2008 AM/PIC Publicity Committee Report

The Publicity Committee has order Grey Golf shirts with the 2008 Logo to be given at the 2007 State Meeting to any agent who has personally given any amount for the 2008 AM/PIC. Also, 3000 note pads with the logo, date and web page as well pens been ordered to be given out at the 2007 AM/PIC in Michigan at the booth and to voting delegates.

 

We have a newsletter chair who is Al Hight. He agreed to oversee the newsletter and help design a newsletter letterhead to be used in 2008. We are also trying to have a high speed color copier donated for the coping of the newsletter. Debbie Roos is designing the web page and hope to debut it in Michigan.

 

The video has been done and will be put up on the web by Les Butchard for us to view.

We will look into have vest made for 2008. We would like for them to be red and lined with the Wolfpack logo. We will have 150 ordered and/or made.

 

We are putting a marketing plan together to implement once the 2007 AM/PIC is over.
