Updates – Winter board meeting is December 13, Not everyone needs to attend. Those with a star besides your name are expected to give a report Generally this will be in the morning before lunch; Would like folks to consider expanding the Executive committee to include Spouses, Life member, Sons and Daughters and 4-H talent review; Should we hold the heritage dinner; New Timeline; plan for marketing the meeting; What are reasonable deadlines (got to be NC book, Contracts,4-H talent review (theme, activities, acts) these effect our budget; Our Budget must be set by Oct -Entertainment is not in budget currently; Focusing on in-kind donations
